You can report orders to our customer service, up to 2 weeks after receipt, via our return form. Please submit the declaration before returning the items. Clearly state your order number, let us know what went wrong and possibly add a photo. We are doing everything possible to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please return the goods in their original condition, including packaging. For hygienic reasons, our articles may not have been washed and / or used.
